This week was not your average week at the movies. It was Fan Night - and Marvel’s long-anticipated Fantastic Four finally hit the big screen. Cineplex rolled out the red carpet for superfans, cosplayers, families and true Marvel heads alike. It was an unforgettable and electrifying celebration of fandom.

A Heroic Welcome

From the moment we arrived, you could feel the energy. Fans dressed as Reed Richards, Sue Storm and Johnny Blaze. LED-lit suits, and stretchy costume arms. A few kids even showed up in their own custom “mini Four” suits. It was equal parts comic-con and community gathering.

Popcorn Buckets... of Doom? Galactus? Mole Man? Mephisto?

I won't give the enemy away... but before the previews even rolled, people were lining up for those giant villain-head popcorn buckets. Whether you were #TeamVILLIAN or just there for the snacks, it was impossible not to admire these oversized, glow-in-the-dark, LED collectibles.

Avatar Trailer: Fan-Exclusive First Look

Just when we thought the surprises were over, the screen lit up with a fan-only exclusive trailer for the next Avatar film. The crowd went wild. James Cameron definitely knows how to keep people talking - lush alien landscapes, new creatures and what looks like some serious new world-building.

A Feature Presentation

Now playing: Fantastic Four. No spoilers here - but it definitely delivered. With a storyline so powerful, you'll be at the edge of your seat the entire movie. The chemistry between the cast is magnetic, the action is huge and the emotional moments were unexpectedly heartfelt. As promised, fans were given two bonus scenes - one mid-credit and one post-credit - that had us screaming, gasping and brainstorming theories before we even left our seats.

Fan Night Merch From Cineplex

On the way out, Cineplex handed out exclusive Fantastic Four keychains - a nice touch that kept the magic going all the way home. Collectible-worthy and surprisingly sturdy, they were the perfect token from a night filled with nostalgia, new memories and superhero-sized fun.

Full of Heart Collectibles

Despite the hype, fan night wasn’t just for the die-hards - it was family-friendly. Kids in awe and parents laughing out loud alongside them. Seeing other families share traditions like ours, collecting cups and popcorn buckets. It’s one of those rare movie moments where everyone’s on the same page: having a blast, escaping into the Marvel Universe and bonding over shared stories.

"I've been the luckiest man in the world because I've had friends, and to have the right friends is everything: people you can depend on, people who tell you the truth if you ask something." - Stan Lee
