ree

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup flax seeds or ground flaxseed

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • (Optional) 1 tbsp hemp hearts (or chai seeds)

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Let's Get Mixing:

  1. Gather ingredients and a large mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients together until mixed well.

  2. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours until mix is firm and easier to handle.

  3. Line a container with parchment paper, and roll mixture into 1-inch balls. (The parchment paper helps them not stick together)

  4. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
