Vanilla Protein Pancakes

Ditch the Eggos and fuel yourself with these quick and easy at-home, freezer ready pancakes - packed with protein! Busy mornings happen - but with this recipe, you will leave the house feeling full, nourished and satisfied. Pair with some pure maple syrup or agave for even more added benefits.

Gather ingredients: (makes 6 pancakes)
1 cups flour
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp sugar (or pure maple syrup)
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups milk
oil (or butter) for pan
Let's Get Mixing:
Grab a mixing bowl and mix all ingredients (except for the oil/butter) until just incorporated and smooth.
Heat skillet to medium heat and grease the pan with the oil or butter.
Once the pan is hot, scoop 1/3 cup of the batter into the pan, 2 at a time, be careful not to overcrowd. Once bubbles start forming on the top of the pancake, flip it over to cook the other side, approximately 1 minute or until golden brown.
Repeat until batch is finished. Let cool and enjoy! (or freeze for quick and easy work-week convenience).
